I am a trainer in management, communication, and organizational culture.
I bring rigorous aviation standards, Just Culture principles, and neuroandragogy into the business world. I help organizations build a culture of accountability, effectively learn from mistakes, and seamlessly navigate transformations
I combine the hands-on experience of running my own business at Kraków Airport with an academic background — holding a Master's degree in Pedagogy (Jagiellonian University) and a degree in Aviation Law (Lazarus University).
Aviation Inspiration
Why do I draw inspiration from aviation?
Building three service locations from scratch at Kraków Airport quickly taught me that in a high-pressure environment with strict procedures, there is no room for micromanagement.
The key to success proved to be a strong organizational culture built on two pillars: thorough preparation and complete trust in the team. When employees feel true accountability and have the space to act, they gain wings — becoming proactive, autonomous, and effective at solving problems in real time.
Today, I translate these aviation leadership standards, autonomy-building strategies, and healthy organizational culture principles into the business landscape across various industries.
